Mixblik is a social enterprise that empowers young women in Rotterdam by preparing meals together. All recipes are original creations from the women who work at Mixblik. The meals are healthy, vegetarian, and easy to prepare. Mixblik uses organic and local ingredients as much as possible!

Work-study program in the factory

Mixblik's world dishes are cooked and canned in our own factory, entirely by hand! The factory is also a place for development. At Mixblik, learning and working go hand in hand. Approximately 15 women are enrolled in the apprenticeship program. They learn from each other and from the paid production staff, who also started in the apprenticeship program. The entire process involves countless skills to learn: cooking, filling, and canning. But also: administration, sales, product development, and machine operation.
